If anyone could comment on the Hard Rock Hollywood and kids, I'd appreciate it. Located at the base of the Guitar Hotel is Rise, the new 24-hour contemporary American Diner/Deli. Our son goes to bed early and we don't get to go out together at night (we take turns instead) but we'd never keep him up late in an inappropriate place like a casino, something we've seen many times in Atlantic City. We've been to Atlantic City and Las Vegas with our son, and while they're not places I'd recommend for people who don't gamble and want to bring kids, if you do, I think they're OK places to go with your family if you make the days more about the kids than the adults. It seems like there's a little something for everyone. My husband and I would take turns using the spa or gambling. ![]() We may visit nearby activities outside of the hotel too. Is it because it's more fun without kids or are there things kids shouldn't see while there? Would they be disturbing other guests? I'm thinking if we go with our 7 year old, we'd be at the pool, maybe a bit at the shops during the day, and we'd be eating at the lower scale restaurants with him. ![]() I've read that some people think this casino hotel is not good with kids but it's not clear why.
